Contest Rules

Draft for review. Check the numbers below against your contest settings before launch.

The contest

• There is one contest each calendar month. It ends at 11:59:59 pm (India time) on the last day of the month.
• Each contest has 30 quizzes of 5 questions. Everyone gets the same 30 quizzes; the order may differ between players.
• Quizzes are played in order, and each quiz can be played once.

Timing and points

• Questions 1 to 4 have 20 seconds each. Question 5 has [30 or 40] seconds.
• A correct answer scores the whole seconds left on the clock. A wrong answer or no answer scores 0.
• The timer runs on our server and does not stop if you leave the app. An answer counts when it reaches our server.
• Questions not answered by the end of the contest score 0.

Ranking and ties

• Players are ranked by total points for the month. You do not have to play all 30 quizzes.
• Players with equal points share the same rank and split equally the prizes for the places they cover. Each share is rounded up to the next rupee.
• Prizes are worked out among prize-eligible players only.

Prizes and payment

• The prize table is shown for each contest.
• Winners are contacted after the contest ends and asked for their details. Verification takes about 2 weeks.
• Prizes are paid by UPI or bank transfer after deducting 30% TDS (or as required by law).
• Players from Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam and Odisha appear on the leaderboard but do not receive prizes.

Corrections and disqualification

• If a question or answer is wrong, we may correct it during or after the contest, and everyone's points for that question are recalculated.
• Players who break the Terms and Conditions may be disqualified, and their prize cancelled.
• Our decision on results is final, subject to applicable law.
