Terms & Conditions

Who can play

  • You must be 18 or older and live in India.
  • Players from Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam and Odisha may play, but are not eligible for prizes.
  • One account per person. Your mobile number must be your own.
  • The details you give (date of birth, state, mobile number) must be true. We check them before paying any prize.

Fair play

  • Play on your own, without help from other people, software, bots or automated tools.
  • Do not create more than one account, share an account, or try to change or get around the timer or scoring.
  • We may disqualify a player, cancel their points or prize, or close their account if we find unfair play, false details or misuse.

Contests and prizes

  • Contest timings, scoring, ranking and prizes are set out in the Contest Rules and on the contest page.
  • Prizes are paid only after the winner's identity, age and state are verified. Tax (TDS) is deducted as required by law.
  • If a question has a mistake, we may correct it and recalculate everyone's points for that question.
  • We may change, pause or cancel a contest for reasons outside our control, or if fair play is affected. If we do, we will tell players on the site.

Your account

  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Details we must keep by law (for example, for prize payments and tax) are kept for the period the law requires.

Content and liability

  • The questions, design and content of GyanBaazi belong to us. Do not copy or publish them without our permission.
  • GyanBaazi is provided as it is. We are not responsible for losses caused by internet, device or network problems, including answers that do not reach us in time.
  • Our total responsibility to you is limited to the prize you won in the contest concerned, if any.

  • We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version; continuing to play means you accept it.
